My First Commissioned Painting

     Okay another post. So this is my first ever painting, I did for my mom's friend. She was my first paying costumer and she asked for a painting with a jazz theme. She wasn't expecting this, haha. This painting took about 4 months to do and I worked really hard on it. I used water colors and it came out looking like this! I am very proud of it and I am thinking of doing more paintings.

     I was inspired to make this because my dad was a musician, he passed away about a year ago and I wanted to make a big collage of instruments for him. So I hope you all like it! Leave a comment below telling what you think!   

A cartoon character

     Well you might be like what does Animal Jam mean? Well this is a character I sketched from the game. It's  a snow leopard. It's a computer game and some of you know what it is. So yeah, I just felt like drawing a character from a game and this is what I got! So I hope you like it, leave a comment below if you like it!

One of my young drawings

    As I said in my last post I will be posting some of my old drawings when I was young. Here is a giraffe eating off a tree in a valley. I was five when I did this haha can you believe it! I laugh sometimes when I go back and look at these pictures, on how I drew the eyes, or the body, but you can definitely see how I progressed from this to what I can do now. Well I will be doing a pattern like old pictures then pictures I did not too long ago. Leave a comment on how you feel about it!

The Rose - one of my latest drawings

     This here is one of my latest drawings. It's a sketched rose. By the way, if you were wondering, I haven't had any art lessons or art classes. I started when I was 2 and art has just been my passion forever. At first I would just draw and color, but then I started sketching and now I shade with my finger. When I would see something interesting I would try it out; then if I like it, I do it but with my own style. If you haven't noticed yet this drawing is my profile for my blog. It took about a week to finally finish the final touches. I have been mostly drawing animals and I wanted to see how I would do with a plant, or flower in this case. I'll be posting a lot more sketches and as well as some of my old old drawings like when I was 4 or 5, haha. I'm 10 now just so you guys know how I progressed over the years. Anyway, I hope all of you like it!
